Role Overview

We are looking for a
Senior B2B Sales Manager
with experience in the
education or EdTech sector
, who can drive institutional partnerships, manage large accounts, and expand our presence in schools.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong relationship and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    B2B sales
    efforts across schools, chains, and educational networks.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new institutional clients.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to school leadership teams.
  • Develop and execute
    sales strategies
    to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage
    key accounts
    and build long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations for campaign alignment and client success.
  • Maintain detailed records of the
    sales pipeline, CRM updates
    , and conversions.
  • Provide insights on
    market trends
    , competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in
    B2B institutional sales
    (preferably in
    schools, EdTech, or publishing
    ).
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong network in the
    K–12 education ecosystem
    .
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to closing deals.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients across regions.
