Responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote properties and services and achieve sales targets.
  • Campaign management: Create, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns, including paid search and social media ads on platforms like Google and Meta.
  • Content creation: Produce and publish creative and engaging content, such as website copy, social media posts (including reels and stories), and email marketing materials.
  • SEO: Improve website and content visibility through keyword research, on-page optimization, and other SEO strategies to rank higher in search results.
  • Social media management: Manage and grow social media presence across various platforms, engaging with followers and running targeted campaigns.
  • Email marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote properties.
  • Analytics and reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to measure ROI and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, graphic designers, and other team members to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Market research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new campaigns.

Skills and qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media, SEO, and PPC advertising.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is often preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
