We're Hiring: Paid Campaign Manager (3–4 Years Experience)
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Paid Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns with proven success in handling ad budgets of ₹10–20 lakhs per month across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to drive quality leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage large-scale ad budgets with focus on cost efficiency and performance.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing for creatives and landing pages.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CAC, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to align campaign strategy.
- Stay updated on latest ad trends, bidding strategies, and platform policies.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of hands-on campaign management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM.
- Ability to deliver measurable ROI and achieve KPIs (CPL, ROAS, conversions).
- Experience in multi-channel campaign management with high budgets.

Pay: ₹12, ₹22,000.00 per month
