Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker & Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in artisan baking (especially sourdough bread and croissants) as well as expertise in preparing a wide variety of North Indian dishes. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality food products, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake artisan breads, especially sourdough, and croissants with precision and consistency.
• Plan, prepare, and cook authentic North Indian cuisines including curries, breads, gravies, and snacks.
• Maintain proper fermentation, shaping, proofing, and baking techniques for breads.
• Ensure high standards of taste, presentation, and portion control for all dishes.
• Manage kitchen operations including inventory, ordering raw materials, and minimizing wastage.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Innovate and experiment with new recipes while maintaining traditional authenticity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Baker (sourdough and croissants expertise is a must).
• Strong knowledge of North Indian culinary techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for food.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and safety procedures.
