Role & responsibilities

Helpdesk


• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues users encounter


• Respond to and resolve help desk requests


• Incident Management: Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns


• Support implementation and planning of deletions, additions and major changes to support regional infrastructure.


• Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop environment.


• Prepare monthly MIS and share with reporting manager

Inventory Management


• Maintain all local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance.


• Manage entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies.

Upgrade & Infrastructure Management


• Maintain server, upgrade, secure, system backups and disaster recovery preparation


• Conduct network troubleshooting to segregate and identify general network problems


• Create and verify backups of data


• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution


• Recommend software and hardware solutions comprising of upgrades
• Prepare network diagram


• Should have all the password of network


• Build, prepare and implement Firewall policies


• Manage IIS, DNS, DHCP, AD servers


• Application Management


• Build, manage application servers

Vendor Management


• Develop and maintain vendor relations.
