VACANCY: Jr/Sr. ADVOCATE

Position: Advocate / Counsel

Office Location: Vasai West, Near Railway Station

Organization: Rana & Associates

Experience Required: Minimum 03–15 years of active litigation and advisory practice

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Advocate to lead complex legal matters, provide strategic legal opinions, and represent clients before various judicial (Court) and quasi-judicial forums. The ideal candidate should possess strong advocacy skills, deep understanding of substantive and procedural law, and the ability to mentor junior associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Appear and argue matters before the Hon'ble High Courts, Tribunals, and District Courts, JMFC.
  • Draft, review, and settle pleadings, writs, petitions, affidavits, and written submissions.
  • Provide Consultation, legal strategy and opinions on complex civil, criminal, corporate, and commercial cases.
  • Supervise and guide a team of junior advocates and legal associates in research, drafting, and case preparation.
  • Liaise with clients, law firms, and other legal professionals for effective case management.
  • Conduct case law research, ensure compliance with legal procedures, and maintain confidentiality in all matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university;
  • Minimum 03-15 years of post-enrollment experience in litigation practice.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling matters under the Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Corporate, Matrimonial Law, N. I. Act etc.
  • Ability to independently manage and argue cases.

Salary / Remuneration:

Fixed Remuneration: Rs. 08,000/- to 30,000/- per month

Incentive: As per Performance and standard rule of the organizations
