About the Role

We're seeking a creative and data-curious Product Advocate Intern who's excited about AI-powered content creation and customer analytics. This is a unique 6 months opportunity to learn how B2B SaaS companies support their customers while building practical skills in content creation, analytics, and customer advocacy.

You'll work closely with our customer success team, starting with guided support and progressively taking on more independent responsibilities as you learn about utility operations, our product, and customer needs.

What You'll Do

Content Creation (AI-Powered):

  • Create video tutorials, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles using AI tools

  • Write blog posts and case studies showcasing customer success stories

  • Develop visual content (infographics, screenshots, workflow guides) with AI design tools

  • Build onboarding materials and quick-start guides for new customers

  • Learn to use AI for video editing, script writing, and content optimization

  • Assist in creating webinar presentations and demo materials

Analytics & Customer Insights:

  • Learn and use PostHog to track product adoption and user behavior

  • Collect and organize customer feedback from multiple channels

  • Analyze usage patterns and identify trends in customer engagement

  • Create reports on feature adoption, customer health metrics, and engagement

  • Present insights to the team with recommendations for improvement

  • Help identify at-risk customers based on analytics data

Customer Interaction:

  • Assist with customer onboarding sessions and product demos

  • Respond to customer questions and create FAQ content

  • Participate in customer calls to understand pain points and needs

  • Help organize and support webinars and training sessions

  • Engage with customers through community forums and social channels

  • Gather testimonials and success stories from happy customers

What We're Looking For

Core Skills:

  • Strong communication - Excellent writing and verbal skills in English

  • AI-tool savvy - Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, editing, and productivity (ChatGPT, Claude, video editing AI, design tools)

  • Quick learner - Eager to learn new software, tools, and industry concepts

  • Analytical mindset - Comfortable working with data and finding patterns

  • Customer empathy - Genuine interest in helping users succeed

Technical Comfort:

  • Basic understanding of SaaS products and cloud platforms

  • Willingness to learn analytics tools (we'll train you on PostHog)

  • Comfortable creating content (writing, basic video, graphics)

  • Familiarity with social media and online community platforms

  • Basic understanding of how to leverage AI for efficiency

Nice to Have:

  • Experience using AI tools for content creation (video, writing, design)

  • Background in marketing, communications, business, or related field

  • Basic video editing or graphic design experience

  • Experience with analytics platforms

  • Interest in utility, infrastructure, or public sector technology

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹12000 per month
