Job Title: Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager

Location: Shamshabad/Madhapur, HYDERABAD

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee all financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, team management, and financial reporting. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring efficient workflow and high performance.

  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GAAP standards, and company policies.

  • Manage and coordinate external audits and tax filings.

  • Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

  • Provide strategic financial guidance** to senior management.

  • Train, mentor, and support accounting staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of accounting experience

  • Strong knowledge of GST, tax regulations, and financial reporting

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., TALLY) and Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage a team.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
