About The Opportunity
Operating in the Entertainment & Media sector—specialising in live events, content distribution, brand sponsorships and experiential marketing across India. We deliver memorable audience experiences and commercial partnerships that scale both ticketing and branded-content revenue.
This on-site Sales & Marketing Manager role sits at the intersection of commercial growth and creative activation. You will lead direct sales, brand partnerships and integrated marketing campaigns to grow revenue and audience reach. The role is primarily office-based in India; candidates should expect to work from a specified company office in a major metropolitan hub (Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra) — the exact city/office will be specified in the job posting or during the interview process. Candidates must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the specified city and be available for regular office hours with flexibility for event-day schedules and occasional regional travel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing & executing sales, marketing & branding for procuring brands for In-flim branding & brand integration.
- Responsible for Sales/ Tie Ups / Collaborations.
- Develop and execute a market-facing sales & marketing plan to acquire sponsors, advertisers and brand partners for entertainment properties and events.
- Own end-to-end partnership lifecycle: prospecting, pitch development, negotiation, contracting and post-sale activation to ensure revenue and delivery targets are met.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social and on-ground channels to drive ticketing, viewership and sponsor ROI.
- Lead event activation and on-site delivery—coordinate with production, creative and operations teams to ensure brand commitments are executed flawlessly.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline; produce revenue forecasts, weekly performance reports and actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Coach and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (content, production, finance) to create bundled commercial propositions and bespoke sponsorship solutions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record selling sponsorships, brand partnerships or media solutions within the entertainment, live events, media or publishing sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contract negotiations and multi-stakeholder activations.
