Senior Accountant

Require an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. To handle import-related TDS VAT and TCS compliance, ensuring adherence to Indian tax regulations.
*Key Responsibilities:*-
*Financial Reporting*: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including import-related transactions.
- *Accounts Payable & Receivable*: Manage import payables and receivables, ensuring timely payments and receipts.
*Import Documentation*: Review and verify import documents, including bills of entry and invoices.-
*Compliance*: Ensure adherence to import regulations, VAT, TDS, TCS and other statutory requirements.
*Tax Calculations*: Ensure accurate calculation of TDS and TCS on import payments.
*Return Filing*-
*Reconciliations*: Perform regular reconciliations of import accounts.
- *Audit Support*: Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
*Requirements:*
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of experience in accounting and TDS/TCS compliance
Knowledge of Indian tax laws, including GST, VAT, TDS, TCS
Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally or SAP
Strong analytical and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
