— planner pages, sticker packs, covers, themed notebooks, and templates — that help our users personalize their note-taking journey.

Role Overview

We're looking for a talented
Illustrator / Digital Artist
to create high-quality digital stationery assets that feel elegant, warm, and purposeful.

Your designs will be part of Noteshelf's downloadable stationery packs — used by a global community across iPad, Android, and Windows platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create digital stationery elements such as:
  • Notebook covers, and paper templates
  • Decorative sticker sets (icons, labels, banners, doodles, etc.)
  • Themed planners (daily, weekly, productivity, wellness, etc.)
  • Work closely with the Noteshelf Design team to maintain brand consistency while exploring new aesthetics.
  • Deliver designs optimized for high-resolution digital use (PNG, SVG, PDF).
  • Create design variations for different themes (minimalist, floral, academic, festive, aesthetic, etc.).
  • Prepare files and export assets in Noteshelf-compatible formats.
  • Stay updated with design and stationery trends in the digital note-taking community.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong illustration and composition skills — both hand-drawn and digital styles.
  • Proficiency in Procreate, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop (knowledge of Affinity Designer or Clip Studio Paint is a plus).
  • Understanding of color harmony, typography, and layout for stationery.
  • Experience in surface design or digital product creation (e.g., Etsy shops, creative marketplaces, etc.) preferred.
  • Eye for clean, warm, and user-friendly designs suited for digital note-takers.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with 3rd party designers.
