About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive Business Excellence, SOP Implementation, and Process Improvements across our large-scale cattle feed manufacturing plants. The role involves standardizing procedures, ensuring operational excellence, and driving compliance to enhance plant efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all plant functions.

  • Monitor adherence to SOPs and initiate corrective actions where deviations occur.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.

  • Conduct process audits, gap analysis, and recommend improvements.

  • Train and mentor plant teams on process compliance and best practices.

  • Work closely with plant leadership to implement efficiency and productivity projects.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering / Operations Management / Business Excellence.

  • 6–10 years' experience in Business Excellence, Process Improvement, or SOP Management, preferably in FMCG, agro, or process industries.

  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.

  • Experience in documentation, process audits, and compliance systems.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and training skills.
