InXpress is a global logistics and shipping solutions provider offering world-class courier services through top carriers. We help businesses streamline shipping operations, reduce costs, and improve delivery efficiency. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Meet potential clients to present InXpress courier and logistics solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMEs and corporate customers.
  • Understand customer shipping requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of new customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
  • Participate in marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns as required.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Proven field sales experience (preferably in courier/logistics industry).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong time-management and planning abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of logistics, courier services, and supply chain (preferred).
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly.

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
