Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Master Chef specializing in Maharashtrian cuisine, located in Thane. Daily tasks include supervising kitchen staff, sourcing ingredients, crafting innovative menu items, and managing kitchen operations to meet customer satisfaction and health regulations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Maharashtrian cuisine, including traditional and contemporary recipes
  • Culinary skills in menu creation, portion control, and food presentation
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices
  • Leadership and teamwork skills to manage and mentor kitchen staff
