Key Responsibilities:
Assist enrolled students with the remaining payment for their education, providing guidance and support throughout the process. Offer detailed information on available modes of payment, including loans and self-funding options, tailored to each student's needs and circumstances. Explain the loan application process thoroughly to students who opt for loans, outlining requirements, timelines, and necessary documentation. Maintain regular communication with students to follow up on document collection and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time. Address any questions or concerns students may have regarding the loan process, providing clear and helpful explanations to resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with relevant departments or external agencies as needed to facilitate smooth processing of loan applications and disbursements. Keep accurate records of student interactions, payments, and loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, education, or related field preferred. Previous experience in student financial services, financial aid, or customer service roles preferred. Strong understanding of financial principles and familiarity with loan processes and regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service to students and their families. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software, including MS Office and student information systems.
