Role Description

Own the end-to-end sales cycle for retail insurance: qualify leads, understand requirements, share quotes from multiple insurers, close policies, and manage renewals & basic servicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and qualify inbound/outbound leads; schedule consultations and demos.
  • Understand customer needs; compare plans (benefits, premiums, add-ons).
  • Prepare & share quotes, proposals, and policy illustrations.
  • Close sales, complete KYC, coordinate payments & issuance with operations.
  • Manage renewals, cross-sell/top-up (e.g., zero-dep, PA, Super Top-Up).
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates; daily follow-ups & pipeline hygiene.
