Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Checker at our facility located in Surat. The Line Checker will monitor and ensure quality control during the diaper production process, inspecting products for defects and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include identifying irregularities, coordinating with the production team to address issues, maintaining detailed inspection reports, and supporting efforts to achieve consistent quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control, product inspection, or manufacturing environments
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with the production team
• Understanding of safety protocols and compliance in a manufacturing setting
• Basic computer skills for maintaining and managing inspection logs
• Previous experience in diaper manufacturing or similar industries is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
