Description

Monitor & develop mechanism to ensure all DCBL safety standard compliance at Mines, HEMM & Crusher area.

· Review all mining activities, work equipment and sites every day to make sure everything is performed to company standards as well as to the latest regulations and standards Locate, calculate and designate job site locations as well as equipment and job site structure locations as needed.

· Ensure 100% VT training/Multiskilling of all operators & workers (Basic, Refresher & special training).

· Meet with other managers/supervisors and necessary personnel as required in order to fully resolve conflicts, complications and other issues according to company standards/requirements.

· Engage in open communication with Mines Head & Mines Manager and report any issues which could affect Mining operation & other activities.

· Ensure proper utilization of Man & Machinery to achieve target productivity.

· Ensure equipment efficiency and productivity as per target.

· Work with Safety Lead to report & investigate damage, incidents or near misses in the worksite, and ensure proper procedures are carried out according to the Company's EHS policy. Promote 5S activity & WPI/SO compliances.

· Develop the team and update their knowledge base to cater the organization need Strategize avenues for enhancing employee satisfaction in the function, resulting in high engagement levels of employees. Self-Development Review and monitor self-performance and discuss requisite developmental support/ inputs.

· Ensure all DGMS compliance w.r.t. Mining operation, HEMM operation, crusher, Electrical & manpower.

· Good Knowledge in MS Office.
