Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Web Designer / HTML Developer / UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing and developing user-friendly web interfaces, with expertise in Custom CSS, CSS preprocessors like SCSS and LESS, responsive design, and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and intuitive digital experiences for our users.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client to understand project requirements and user needs, translating them into compelling design concepts.

• Design and develop responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.

• Utilize Custom CSS, CSS preprocessors like SCSS and LESS, and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS to create visually stunning and consistent designs.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user interactions, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.

• Implement best practices in responsive design to ensure optimal user experience across devices and screen sizes.

-Apply knowledge of CSS architecture principles to create scalable and maintainable CSS codebases.

-Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user experience.

• Implement best practices in UI/UX design, focusing on usability, accessibility, and user engagement.

• Optimize web interfaces for performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experience across devices and screen sizes.

• Collaborate closely with developers to implement designs, providing guidance on HTML structure, CSS styling, and JavaScript functionality.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web design and UI/UX design, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

-Assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing web interfaces, making improvements as needed to enhance user experience and performance.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in web design, HTML development, and UI/UX design.

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Extensive experience with Custom CSS, CSS preprocessors (SCSS, LESS), and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).

• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and techniques.

-Knowledge of CSS architecture principles and best practices.

• Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma is good to have.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: ₹10, ₹38,124.56 per month
