Department : Sales & Marketing (Commercial)

Role is based out at Mahape, Navi Mumbai, WFO and Travels as per requirement.

Requires MBA in Marketing/ graduate with 8 to 12 years of experience in Sales & BD roles with prior exposure to commercial/ government procurement and tendering processes is essential and preferably in Marine Navigation or Industrial Products.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our Sales & Business Development (Commercial) team. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful sales strategies and contribute to business growth by engaging with key clients, managing government tenders, and identifying new product opportunities.

Job Description:

Preparation and submission of proposals for various tender enquiries.

Interaction and meeting with customers on a regular basis to keep abreast with their current requirements and identify the future requirements.

To attend technical, commercial and price negotiation meetings.

Identification of new product lines and promotion to customers to increase the scope of sales to Customers.

Liaison with branches for follow ups on various ongoing projects for which proposals have been submitted to customers or which are under execution.

Interaction and correspondence with Customers and OEMs for assistance regarding technical/commercial matters on various ongoing projects.

To submit periodical MIS reports to the Management.

To identify prospective new customers.

• Requires strong interpersonal skills & Communication skills.

• Requires a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork.

• Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment, with an ability to

• Must be able to prioritize responsibilities to handle a demanding workload.

• Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

• Must be able to anticipate internal client needs.

• Must have through Computer knowledge including excel.
