Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Sopore. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include cold calling, attending sales meetings, providing product demonstrations, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and improve outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Experience with lead generation and sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Prior sales experience in the B2B sector is an advantage
