Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Academic Intern role located in Jaipur. The Academic Intern will assist in the development and delivery of variety of courses for students of various age groups. Daily tasks include supporting curriculum execution, helping conduct creative writing, poetry reading, debate classes, and other workshops, assisting with individualized student learning plans, and contributing to the customization of courses and modules. Administrative responsibilities may include managing student performance records and assisting in event or program coordination.

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience or an interest in teaching, tutoring, or working in educational settings
  • Knowledge in curriculum development or familiarity with school curricula (IB, IGCSE, etc.) is an advantage
  • Organizational and time management skills to assist with course planning, student progress tracking, and event coordination
  • Creative and critical thinking abilities to support activities like writing, debates, storytelling, and poetry
  • Motivation to learn, mentor, and support students of varying age groups
  • A background in English, Education, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory
