The Role: Junior Design Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to blend creative oversight with crucial team management duties. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Task Management:
  • Coordinate the daily flow of design projects (e.g., logo design, social media graphics, print materials).
  • Assign tasks to the in-house design team, ensuring efficient workload distribution.
  • Track project progress and deadlines, making sure all deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
  • Staff Coordination:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between designers and upper management/clients.
  • Monitor the performance and daily attendance of the design staff.
  • Help foster a positive, collaborative, and professional working atmosphere.
  • Quality Control:
  • Review finished design work before client presentation to ensure it aligns with the brief and company standards.
  • Organize and maintain a clean, accessible file management system for all projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: A degree or diploma in Design, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role, project coordination, or within a design/branding company is a strong advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic familiarity with design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and project management tools is a plus.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
