Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Sourcing Manager – Channel Partner Acquisition
who will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing Channel Partners (CPs) across
Belgaum, Mangalore
, and surrounding markets. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's CP network and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and onboard new Channel Partners from Belgaum, Mangalore, and nearby regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CPs to ensure continuous business flow.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and expansion planning.
  • Train channel partners on project details, pricing, offers, and sales processes.
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Achieve monthly CP onboarding and revenue targets.
  • Travel extensively across designated locations for partner meetings and market development.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance during CP onboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate
    , specifically in
    Channel Partner onboarding
    .
  • Strong understanding of Belgaum and Mangalore markets (preferred).
  • Must own a
    two-wheeler or four-wheeler
    for travel.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and market awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets within timelines.
