Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud O2C Functional Consultant to provide Level 2/3 support and enhancement services for our SAP implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process and hands-on experience in supporting and configuring SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud systems, including Central Business Configuration (CBC) and integration with SAP BTP and other SAP/3rd-party systems.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze business requirements, deliver SAP standard solutions, support issue resolution, and manage system enhancements across the O2C landscape.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 4+ years of functional SAP experience
  • At least 2 end-to-end implementations in S/4HANA Public Edition
  • Minimum 1 support project experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud

  • Strong understanding of SAP O2C processes, including but not limited to:

  • Sales Order Management

  • Pricing and Billing
  • Customer Master Data
  • Credit Management

  • Delivery & Invoicing

  • Working knowledge of Central Business Configuration (CBC) in Public Cloud

  • Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology and cloud-specific limitations/customization approaches
