Responsibilities:

  • Teach Spoken English, Communication Skills, and Personality Development to students.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
  • Conduct speaking practice sessions, group discussions, role plays, and activities to improve confidence.
  • Assess student performance and provide individual feedback & improvement plans.
  • Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and classroom activities.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Coordinate with academic team regarding student progress.
  • Support institute during admissions events, demo classes, and workshops if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline; English proficiency must be strong.
  • Prior experience as a Spoken English/Communication Trainer preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and clear pronunciation.
  • Ability to manage classes and handle students of different levels.
  • Confident, patient, and learner-focused teaching approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge for hybrid/online classes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹ ₹1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 9 per week
