Showroom Operations

• Oversee daily operations of the showroom to ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and overall visual presentation.
• Ensure all products are correctly priced, labeled, and adequately stocked.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Sales & Customer Service

• Drive showroom sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and after-sales support.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance experience.

Team Management

• Lead, train, and supervise showroom staff including sales executives and customer service team.
• Prepare and manage work schedules, task assignments, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Motivate staff to maintain a high level of service and achieve performance goals.

Inventory & Stock Control

• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for timely stock replenishment.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure loss prevention.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement within the showroom.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
• Track performance metrics, customer footfall, and conversion rates.
• Oversee billing, cash handling, and ensure adherence to financial procedures.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional activities or events.

Marketing & Merchandising

• Implement merchandising strategies to increase product visibility.
• Support marketing campaigns, seasonal sales, displays, and product launches.
• Ensure branding guidelines are followed at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
