Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Executive based in Saket. The HR Executive will oversee HR management and operations, ensure the implementation and compliance of HR policies, and handle employee relations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Executive will collaborate with various departments to address workforce needs and drive organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and workforce planning.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations and HR Policies to ensure compliance with regulations and efficient processes.
  • Effective skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and support for a positive work environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
  • Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in an on-site setting, is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary - 25, ,000

Working Hours - 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Working Days - 6 Days (Monday - Saturday)
