Exciting Career Opportunity – Associate (M&A, PE & VC) | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:

  • Support M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, minority and control investments, and exits.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing transaction documents, term sheets, and related regulatory filings.
  • Participate in due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external advisors.
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research—particularly on company law, securities laws, foreign exchange law, corporate governance, and compliance matters 
  • Collaborate closely across deal teams and contribute to seamless transaction execution.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Associate (A3 level) with 3 years PQE, ideally from a Tier 1 law school and Tier 1 law firm.
  • Exposure to M&A, PE, or VC deals with solid drafting, analytical, and research capabilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight timelines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage deal documentation efficiently.
