About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Video Editor with hands-on experience in crafting compelling video content from scratch. The ideal candidate must be an expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and have a good grasp of After Effects. You will be responsible for end-to-end video creation, including shooting, editing, motion graphics, AI-assisted content generation, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for digital and social media platforms.
  • Create promotional, explainer, testimonial, and behind-the-scenes videos.
  • Use VEO3, HeyGen/Runway-style AI video tools to create fast-turnaround ads and social media content.
  • Organize and manage media assets and projects efficiently.
  • Add creative flair through sound design, transitions, color grading, and visual effects.
  • Work closely with the creative and marketing team to align content with brand messaging.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated with video trends, social formats, editing tools, and emerging AI video technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in professional video editing.
  • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects is a strong plus.
  • Ability to ideate and create video content from scratch.
  • Strong storytelling skills and sense of pacing, rhythm, and transitions.
  • Willingness to travel for shoots and be on-site when required.
  • Basic knowledge of camera equipment and shooting techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with AI video tools like VEO3, HeyGen, Runway, etc., is a strong advantage.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge of sound design and background scoring.
  • Understanding of social media platformspecific video formats.
