What You'll Do

As a Full-Stack AI Engineer, you will:

• Design and build
  enterprise-level web applications
  using React, , and PostgreSQL
• Develop
  secure, scalable backend architectures
  that support microservices, event-driven systems, and high availability
• Integrate
  LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)
  into production workflows, tools, and enterprise systems
• Build
  RAG pipelines
  , vector databases, search engines, and high-volume ingestion pipelines
• Create
  multi-tenant platforms
  , RBAC systems, and secure API layers
• Work with
  enterprise data sources
  (Drive, Slack, CRMs, internal APIs) and build ETL/ELT pipelines
• Deploy using Docker and modern cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Render, , Vercel)
• Lead technical decisions and contribute to system architecture
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI/ML teams to deliver features end-to-end

This is a highly technical, high-ownership role where you'll help define our engineering culture.

Frontend Engineering (React / )

You must be able to:

• Build modern, modular, production-grade UIs using
  React 18+ and 13/14 App Router
• Write
  strongly-typed TypeScript
  with interfaces, generics & utility types
• Build design-system-driven UI using
  Tailwind, Shadcn, MUI, Radix
• Handle SSR, ISR, SSG, routing, and performance optimizations
• Build dashboards, admin systems, real-time interfaces, chat UIs, and multi-step forms
• Integrate with secure backend APIs, auth flows, and session management
• Use state tools like
  React Query, Zustand, Redux Toolkit

Backend Engineering , FastAPI)

You must be able to:

• Architect backend services using
  
  and/or
  FastAPI
• Build
  enterprise-grade authentication
  :
• OAuth2
• SAML/SSO
• JWT + refresh tokens
• RBAC/multi-tenant role systems
• Architect services using clean, modular layers:
• routers → controllers → services → repositories → DB
• Implement:
• WebSockets
• Background workers (Celery, BullMQ, Redis)
• Event-driven systems (Pub/Sub, Kafka optional)
• API gateways & rate limiting
• Data validation, error architecture, structured logging
• Write async code securely and efficiently

Database & Data Engineering (PostgreSQL)

You must understand:

• Complex schema design for multi-tenant applications
• Indexing, query optimization, partitioning
• CTEs, transactions, isolation levels
• ORMs:
• Prisma
• SQLAlchemy
• TypeORM
• ETL/ELT pipeline basics
• Data ingestion from large enterprise sources (PDFs, docs, emails, APIs)

Enterprise AI / LLM Engineering Skills

LLM Integration (Critical)

• Experience building production AI systems (not just prototypes)
• Calling APIs from OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, HuggingFace
• Tool-calling / function calling
• Response validation + hallucination control
• Rate-limit handling & retries
• Designing safe AI behavior for enterprise environments

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

Experience with:

• Chunking strategies (semantic, recursive, hybrid)
• Embeddings (text + multimodal)
• High-volume ingestion workflows
• Query rewriting, hybrid search
• Latency optimization

Vector Database Engineering

Must have experience with one or more:

• Pinecone
• Weaviate
• Chroma
• Milvus

You should understand:

• Index types
• Metadata filtering
• Distance metrics
• Scaling for millions of vectors

Security & Enterprise Standards

You must understand:

• OAuth2 / SSO / SAML
• RBAC & ABAC
• Secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)
• Audit logs
• Data masking & compliance
• Secure API design & OWASP principles
