Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Alternate Saturdays Off

Working Saturdays: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our Legal Department with administrative operations, professional communication, and documentation management. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Office skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage professional emails and official correspondence
  • Coordinate with clients, company representatives, and internal departments
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain legal and administrative documentation
  • Update and manage files, records, and reports
  • Support the legal team with daily back-office tasks
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality in all work

Required Qualifications

  • Any graduate
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
