Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Computer Hardware Sector

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in the computer hardware industry. The ideal candidate will handle customer communication, sales follow-ups, order processing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Exp: Freshers or 1 yr in sales coordination

With good communication skills in English & Tamil

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Coordination & Support

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations.
  • Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and order updates.
  • Coordinate with sales executives for lead tracking and closure.

2. Customer Handling

  • Respond to customer queries through calls, email, and in-person visits (if required).
  • Provide product information (laptops, desktops, components, peripherals, networking products).
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Order & Documentation

  • Prepare quotations, preform invoices, and sales orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, purchase orders, and billing documents.
  • Track pending orders, payments, and deliveries.

4. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work with the warehouse team for stock availability.
  • Coordinate with the service/technical team for installations or after-sales support.
  • Follow up with vendors and distributors for pricing, stock, and delivery schedules.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain CRM data, lead status, and customer follow-ups.
  • Support management with sales forecasts and business reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
