Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Mandatory in Epoxy Flooring Industry)

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit client sites, contractors, and construction locations to generate business opportunities.
  • Promote and demonstrate epoxy flooring products to potential customers and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new market trends.
  • Prepare and submit daily visit reports, leads generated, and project updates.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Provide basic technical guidance on-site related to epoxy flooring solutions.
  • Travel across Bangalore and surrounding regions for marketing activities.
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the Epoxy flooring industry (mandatory)
  • Proven track record in field marketing or B2B sales
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
  • Good knowledge of epoxy products, application methods, and industry challenges
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/ Graduate (preferred)
