What will you do?

You will work as part of the engineering team to design, develop, and implement a cloud-native Amazon Connect solution. Your role will involve building scalable, event-driven architectures using AWS services, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems, and contributing to high-quality, reliable delivery.
 

Key responsibilities:

• Develop components of the Amazon Connect solution using Python and AWS native services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Amazon Connect with enterprise applications and data sources.

• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of cloud-native implementations.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Document designs, workflows, and technical processes for maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Key Qualifications and experience:

• 5 to 8 years of proven experience in software development and engineering roles.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native development.

• Strong knowledge of API Gateway, Lambda, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions, IAM.

• Experience working with cloud-native contact center solutions (Amazon Connect preferred) is an advantage.

• Good-to-have skills: SQL Server and .NET.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.

• Good communication and documentation skills.
