Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with strong experience in dealing with manufacturers and wholesalers across Gujarat and Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new suppliers and vendors onto our e-commerce platform, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth through local market connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors across assigned territories.
  • Pitch the company's e-commerce platform and partnership benefits to potential sellers.
  • Successfully onboard new vendors by explaining registration, product listing, and sales processes.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Conduct regular field visits to key markets, industrial zones, and wholesale hubs.
  • Understand local market dynamics, competitor activities, and product trends.
  • Coordinate with the internal operations, cataloging, and marketing teams for vendor support.
  • Achieve monthly vendor acquisition and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of field sales or business development experience (preferably in B2B, wholesale, or e-commerce sector).
  • Strong network with local manufacturers and wholesalers in Gujarat and Maharashtra.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
  • Basic understanding of online selling platforms / e-commerce models.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates from FMCG, electronics, garments, or general trading backgrounds.
  • Individuals who have previously worked in IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Meesho, Udaan, or similar B2B platforms.
  • Fluent in Hindi, English, and local languages (Gujarati / Marathi preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
