Job Description

Sourcing of resumes through Job Portals portal / reference 
 Screening and short listing of prospective candidates based on the desired job profile. 
 Handling initial screening of prospective candidate through telephonic/personal interviews.
 Lining up and scheduled interviews with technical team. 
 Coordinate with technical team & senior management for final round of interviews. 
 Handling joining Formalities. 
 Conducting Induction/orientation program to the new joiners. 
 Developing and maintaining relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment sources.
 Arranging walk in. 
 Working & maintaining Employee MIS of Company.
 Attendance keeping of employees. 
 Managing payroll Management of the company. 
 Maintaining and updating of Employee Personal File in the HR System. 
 Monitoring working hours of the employees with the help of Access software.
 Handling Leave Management. 
 Coordinating with IT team for the work station and work location for the new joiner.
 Salary account opening formalities. 
 Taking care of employee's medical insurance. 
 Handling exit formalities.
