- Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding: Welcome and guide new clients through the onboarding process to ensure they're set up for success.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and goals.
- Product Training: Provide training and support to clients on our products and services to help them maximize their usage.
- Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and work with the team to provide timely solutions.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to help improve our products, services, and overall client experience.
- Reporting & Analytics: Regularly monitor client performance and provide insights to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and growth potential.
- Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role, preferably in client success, account management, or customer service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills—ability to explain complex ideas simply.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills.
- Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and making clients feel valued.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and other client success software.
- Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet client needs.
