We are looking for a Technical Writing Representative for one of our elite cliets, skilled in annotating scientific and promotional materials per regulatory and referencing standards. The role ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance in citations, supports cross-functional teams, manages referencing trackers, performs quality checks, and drives process improvements for efficient, high-quality submissions.

Job Title: Technical Writing Representative

Location: Vikhroli, India

Work Model: Work from Office

Shift Timings: US Shift

Key Skills – Mandatory:

  • Annotate scientific and promotional materials (LBLs, Slide Decks, Brochures, Emails, IVAs) as per referencing and regulatory submission guidelines.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with referencing styles (AMA/Vancouver) and client MLR requirements.
  • Liaise with medical writers and reviewers to clarify queries and maintain high standards of scientific accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain referencing trackers and databases for global/local projects.
  • Conduct quality control checks on references and annotations before final submission.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project Management, Medical Review, Creative) to align on annotation and referencing processes.
  • Support process improvement initiatives for better efficiency and compliance in referencing and annotation.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience.
