Key responsibilities

• Customer service: Greet customers, guide them to seats, present menus, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations.
• Order management: Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, process payments through cash registers or POS systems, and prepare bills.
• Food and beverage preparation: Prepare and package food and drinks according to company standards.
• Cleanliness and safety: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including wiping down tables and equipment, and strictly follow all sanitation and food safety regulations.
• Team collaboration: Work with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, which may include assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
