About the Role: (Immediate hiring )

Working Days- 6 Day 10 hours

We are looking for smart candidate for Crossword executive Role who can handle crossword of Book all across - Books.

This role is responsible for defining our assortment strategy across 100+ stores and our fast-growing Organisation

You'll work at the intersection of trend spotting, customer behaviour, and business growth, managing one of the most loved Categories of Enlightenment /life & spirituality books .

If you've worked in retail buying, category management, or merchandising-especially in Books, publishing and other educational products and know how to curate great product stories while hitting numbers, we'd love to meet you.

Must to Have - Languages known (English & Hindi is must apart from other languages )

Good command over Data management /Excel & PPT also

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end buying & merchandising strategy for the Books category.

• Build partnerships with publishers, distributors, authors, and content creators.

• Negotiate commercial terms, trade margins, and exclusive deals.

• Drive category-level performance: sales, margin, inventory turns, and promotions.

• Work closely with Marketing to plan campaigns, festivals, and retail activations.

• Monitor industry trends, content releases, gifting cycles, and consumer behavior.

• Manage assistants across sourcing, stock planning, and execution.
