Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and clients, ensuring effective lead conversion to sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects and interior designers, driving consistent sales.
- Develop and implement sales plans, overseeing all sales activities.
- Meet sales targets set by company on monthly basis.
- Highlight the unique features of the product to potential customers, ensuring successful deal closures.
- Maintain regular updates on the sales pipeline in the CRM and provide any additional reports as required by the reporting manager.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Experience in B2B sales and preferably from interior industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Candidates from other industries having flair for field sales are welcome.
