About the Organisation

AAYM (American Academy for Yoga in Medicine) and MD Research are engaged in global education, training, and research activities with an upcoming US Conference Program. We are offering a remote internship opportunity for a dedicated Web Page Developer Intern to support the development of conference-related web pages and digital assets.

Role Overview

The Web Page Developer Intern will collaborate with our technical and conference coordination teams to design, build, and maintain user-friendly webpages for the US Conference Program. This fully remote role requires strong creativity, technical skills, and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and update webpages for the US Conference Program.
  • Build responsive and mobile-friendly pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related tools.
  • Coordinate remotely with content writers, designers, and program coordinators to update conference details, schedules, and speaker information.
  • Ensure fast-loading, SEO-optimised, and visually consistent webpages.
  • Resolve technical issues, bugs, or formatting errors.
  • Integrate multimedia content such as brochures, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
  • Provide weekly progress updates and attend online meetings as scheduled.
  • Support additional web and digital tasks assigned for the conference.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed studies in Computer Science, Web Development, IT, or similar fields.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Good communication skills and accountability in completing tasks.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe XD.
  • Knowledge of Bootstrap or other frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of SEO.
  • Familiarity with Git/version control (bonus).
