Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles across multiple departments.


• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate specifications.


• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.


• Evaluate technical competencies and ensure alignment with organizational requirements.


• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate timely hiring decisions.


• Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).


• Keep abreast of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.


• Support onboarding activities and contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:


• Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).


• 3–5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment within the IT industry.


• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.


• Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience hiring for product-based or technology-driven organizations.


• Knowledge of diverse hiring practices and employer branding initiatives.
