Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Agra. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets. The role also includes tasks like monitoring sales, developing strategies to increase branch efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, the Branch Manager will be responsible for maintaining financial records, conducting performance evaluations, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
