Key responsibilities

  • Data input: Accurately enter alphabetic, numeric, and symbolic data into various systems and databases using a keyboard or scanner.
  • Data verification: Review and compare data with source documents to identify and correct errors and inconsistencies.
  • Record maintenance: Organise, update, and maintain digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
  • Reporting: Compile data and generate reports as requested by management or other departments.
  • Confidentiality: Protect sensitive information and maintain customer confidence by adhering to company policies.
  • Administrative tasks: Perform other general office duties.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience as a Data Entry Professional or similar role.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with data entry software and databases.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
