Associate Dentist

We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join us in providing exceptional dental care to our patients.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality dental care including examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, and preventive treatments
- Assist with diagnostic procedures and treatment planning
- Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Work collaboratively with the clinic's team of dental professionals, including dental assistants and hygienists
- Stay up to date with the latest dental practices and technologies
- Participate in continued professional development and training programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution
- 1-3 years of experience as a practicing dentist (fresh graduates with strong skills and enthusiasm are also welcome to apply)
- Valid Dental Council registration (Maharashtra State Dental Council)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to dental care
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of dental software and clinic management systems is a plus
We are looking for long term commitment of atleast 1 year and candidates to start as early as 01/12/2025.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
