Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, ensure smooth event execution, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and passionate about creating a delightful atmosphere for kids and parents alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the play area, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
  • Manage bookings for birthdays, parties, and group events.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth execution of events and activities.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and party materials.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for promotions and special events.
  • Monitor expenses and report operational performance to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, hospitality, or event management (experience in the kids' entertainment industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on, energetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per business needs.
