About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Shopify Development Project Manager to handle new Shopify store builds and ongoing Shopify store management accounts. The role requires strong project planning, technical understanding of Shopify, and excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Shopify development projects: scoping, planning, development coordination, QA and launch.
  • Oversee Shopify store management retainers: updates, app setups, theme improvements, CRO tasks and performance monitoring.
  • Communicate with clients, gather requirements, manage timelines, deliverables and expectations.
  • Coordinate daily tasks with developers, designers and QA teams.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports and ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of project management experience in a digital/e-commerce agency.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify themes, Liquid basics, app integrations and e-commerce workflows.
  • Skilled in project management tools and client communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and retainers simultaneously.

Good to Have:

  • Shopify Plus experience.
  • Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS).
  • Experience with CRO, analytics and SEO basics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
