Job Description:

A credit manager in a business banking group is responsible for evaluating customers' creditworthiness, managing the loan process, and ensuring compliance with credit policies: 

  • Credit assessment

    Monitor the portfolio, including delinquency control and trigger reviews 


  • Risk management
    Identify risks and opportunities, and negotiate loan terms to mitigate credit risk 


  • Collaboration
    Work with internal teams, such as legal, technical valuation, and risk containment, as well as external stakeholders, such as banks and rating agencies 


  • Market awareness
    Keep track of market factors, indices, policies, and regulations, and identify their impact on the credit portfolio
